  • Our 30 or 60-minute intuitive readings offer a focused, compassionate space for insight, clarity, and self-understanding. Blending evidence-based mindfulness techniques with guided spiritual exploration, each session creates a supportive space for deep presence, inner clarity, and intuitive awareness.

    Through breathwork, body awareness, visualization, and intentional reflection, participants are invited to quiet the mental noise, reconnect with their inner wisdom, and explore the subtle layers of consciousness. The practice encourages grounding in the present moment while opening to insight, emotional release, and spiritual growth.

    Suitable for beginners and experienced meditators alike, this class supports stress reduction, nervous system regulation, and a deeper understanding of the self beyond thought patterns.
